RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Philadelphia to lead multi-disciplinary teams across CRM implementations and technology projects. You will guide planning, budgeting, and delivery while coordinating with executives and clients to ensure value and outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and financial analysis skills, with a focus on collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience leading technical teams with strong project management and systems/technology development skills.
• Proven experience implementing and managing CRM solutions, specifically Microsoft Dynamics CE.
• Proven leader able to assemble, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong business facing skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and planning.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establishing Cost Benefit Analysis through required phases of the project.
• Communicating project status, risk, and issues to Program Director and stakeholders.
• Managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and team deliverables.
• Overseeing CE implementations and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Revise project plans to meet changing needs while following SDLC.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establishing Cost Benefit Analysis through required phases of the project.
• Throughout the life of the project, responsible for communicating regularly to Program Director and stakeholders the project status, risk, and issues.
• Responsible for project planning including assembling project teams, assigning project team deliverables, and developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• During project execution, responsible for managing approved objectives, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables that support the business goals.
• Revise project plan as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements while following SDLC methodology.
• Responsible for managing all aspects of CE implementations.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience leading technical teams with strong skills and expertise in project management and systems/technology development
• Proven experience implementing and managing CRM solutions within budget, scope and cost, Microsoft Dynamics CE
• Proven leader with the ability to assemble, lead, and motivate high performing teams.
• Proven business facing skills.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and planning.
• Ability to multi-task and keep multiple responsibilities moving forward simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of technology, ability to learn new technologies and applying them.
• Proven experience in influencing, leading teams and driving change.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Proficient with MS Project or related tool
• PMP certification desired

Compensation

Compensation Range: $95,400 - $192,000. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
