Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Data Protection and Privacy team to lead Microsoft security engagements and architect integrated solutions across Purview, Defender, and related platforms. You will direct multidisciplinary delivery teams, shape architecture direction, and ensure governance and regulatory alignment.

You will work with clients to translate business and regulatory requirements into integrated strategies, target-state architectures, and implementation roadmaps, while mentoring staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years in cybersecurity/data protection consulting with leadership.
• Experience architecting Microsoft solutions across security, compliance, identity, endpoint, cloud, data.
• Hands-on Purview experience across Information Protection, DLP, Data Map/Data Catalog, and governance.
• Ability to lead teams, manage engagements, and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft security and data protection engagements from discovery to benefits realization.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across Purview, Defender, Intune, Entra, and related services.
• Ensure Purview is integrated into broader security architectures and governance.
• Develop target-state architectures and roadmaps aligned with regulatory obligations.
• Lead enterprise security assessments, roadmaps, and transformation programs.
• Coach junior resources and build trusted client relationships.
