Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Manager in the Data Protection and Privacy team to lead Microsoft security architecture engagements. You will own end‑to‑end architectures across Purview, Defender, Intune, Entra, and related platforms, aligning security with privacy and governance requirements.

You will mentor teams, drive client workshops, and contribute to business development while delivering measurable security outcomes for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience in security or IT strategy.
• 6+ years in cybersecurity, data protection, privacy, or related consulting.
• Hands-on architecture with Microsoft Purview and related tech.
• Experience leading teams and managing client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft security and data protection engagements from discovery to benefits realization.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across Purview, Defender, Intune, and Azure services.
• Ensure Purview is integrated into broader security architectures and governance.
• Develop strategies and roadmaps aligning with regulatory obligations.
• Manage scope, budgets, risks, and client communications across engagements.
• Coach junior staff and contribute to proposals and account development.
