Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Protection and Privacy to lead Microsoft security architecture engagements. You will drive end-to-end designs across Purview, Defender, Entra, and related technologies while aligning with governance and regulatory needs.

You will mentor teams, shape strategy, and collaborate with executives to deliver secure, compliant Microsoft-based solutions for diverse clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
6+ years of cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy consulting experience.
Experience architecting Microsoft Purview across multiple capabilities.
Hands-on architecture or delivery experience with Purview and related Microsoft tools.
Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Lead Microsoft security and data protection engagements from discovery to realization.
Own end-to-end solution architecture across Purview, Defender, Entra, Azure security services and more.
Ensure Purview is integrated into broader security architectures and governance programs.
Develop integrated security, privacy, and data governance strategies aligned with regulations.
Lead workshops with security, privacy, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
Manage scope, plans, budgets, risks, and executive reporting.
