Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Data Protection and Privacy team to lead Microsoft security architecture engagements. You will own end‑to‑end architectures across Purview, Defender, Entra, and related Microsoft cloud services, guiding complex client programs from discovery through deployment.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, drive governance, and ensure quality, while translating business needs into secure, compliant technology roadmaps and implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/related field.
• 6+ years in cybersecurity, data protection, or related tech consulting with leadership.
• Hands‑on architecture/delivery experience with Microsoft Purview and related tools.
• Experience leading cross‑platform security architecture engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft security and data protection engagements from discovery to benefits realization.
• Own end‑to‑end solution architecture across Microsoft platforms and third‑party tech.
• Incorporate Purview into broader security architectures and governance.
• Translate business requirements into target‑state architectures and roadmaps.
• Lead workshops with security, privacy, legal, and IT stakeholders.
• Coach and review junior resources; manage budgets, scope, and risks.
