Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Protection and Privacy to serve as a Microsoft Security Architect and engagement leader. You will define target-state architectures across Purview, Defender, Intune, Sentinel, Entra, and related cloud services, connecting Purview with broader Microsoft capabilities and third-party tools.

You will lead engagements, mentor teams, and drive architecture decisions while aligning with regulatory obligations and business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data Science, Privacy, or related field or equivalent experience.
Approximately 6+ years of relevant cybersecurity and data protection experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
Hands-on architecture or delivery experience with Microsoft Purview and related security, privacy, and data capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead Microsoft security and data protection engagements from discovery to benefits realization.
Own end-to-end solution architecture across Microsoft Purview and related platforms.
Ensure Purview is integrated into broader security architectures including Information Protection and DLP.
Develop strategies for security, data governance, privacy, and AI governance aligned with objectives.
Lead enterprise security assessments, roadmaps, and operating model definitions.
Coordinate executive workshops with security, privacy, legal, and business stakeholders.
