Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across two IT disciplines, including Windows Server and Exchange systems.
• Experience as a Team Lead preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft services.
• Maintain security and reliability of Microsoft 365 systems.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory systems.
• Facilitate installation of server hardware and software.
• Provide escalated support for Service Desk issues.
