Job summary

Vitality Works is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage, secure, and continuously improve the organization's Microsoft 365 environment in Albuquerque, NM. The role covers Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Purview, with potential expansion into broader IT responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, and security concepts.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 users, groups, licenses, and access throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage Exchange Online mail flow, policies, and mailboxes.
• Administer Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive permissions and governance.
• Manage Entra ID identities and security controls, MFA, Conditional Access.
• Support Intune enrollment and device configuration.
• Monitor Defender, Purview, and security alerts; maintain documentation.
