Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners is seeking a System Administrator to help maintain and secure a growing organization's IT environment. You will manage enterprise systems and support Microsoft 365 deployments to keep users productive.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in system administration, strong Microsoft 365 skills, networking knowledge, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar IT role.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Knowledge of networking, security principles, and system troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be a US Citizen or a Greencard holder

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments, including user accounts, permissions, and configurations.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain uptime.
• Perform regular updates, backups, and patch management.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure and application needs.
• Document processes and maintain accurate system records
