• Experience administering Microsoft 365 in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Identity & Access Management (Entra ID) administration and policy enforcement.
• Endpoint & Device Management (Intune) administration and compliance.
• Security & Compliance configuration and monitoring (Defender, DLP, retention).
• Messaging & Collaboration (Exchange Online) administration and decommissioning of Hybrid components.
• Operations & Escalations as Tier-2/Tier-3 support for Microsoft 365 issues.
