Job summary

Yoh is seeking a senior Systems Administrator to own day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365, Intune, and hybrid Active Directory in Irving, TX. This hands-on role requires independent troubleshooting and driving improvements across identity and endpoint management.

Responsibilities include managing Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune policies, AD OU structure, and on-call support. Candidates should demonstrate certification readiness and strong scripting skills for automation.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on systems administration in an enterprise environment.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID).
• Deep expertise with Intune for endpoint management and compliance.
• Active Directory administration including GPOs, OUs, replication, and hybrid identity (AD Connect).
• Knowledge of identity security concepts: conditional access, MFA, RBAC, least privilege.
• PowerShell scripting for admin tasks and automation (Microsoft Graph SDK).
• Experience troubleshooting complex identity and endpoint issues, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Administer the full Microsoft 365 suite including licensing, security policies, and service health.
• Manage endpoint configuration and device lifecycle via Microsoft Intune across Windows and mobile platforms.
• Administer on-premises Active Directory and hybrid identity setups (Entra Connect/AD Connect).
• Manage user and device lifecycle including provisioning and access control.
• Troubleshoot escalated identity, authentication, and M365 service issues.
• Support security posture: MFA, conditional access, Defender for Endpoint and Purview configurations.
