Job summary

Rad Hires, LLC is seeking a Senior Lead Migration Engineer to own two major programs—Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 and Active Directory/Exchange modernization—for a remote, six‑month engagement with potential extension through April 2027.

You will lead a distributed engineering team, act as the technical voice in client sessions, and manage validation, design, cutover weekends, and hypercare across both programs.

Qualifications

• Current MS-102 / Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, verifiable on Microsoft Learn.
• Two Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations with BitTitan MigrationWiz, hands-on.
• Exchange Online mail flow and coexistence: connectors, domains, MX cutover, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
• Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration: domains, Conditional Access, licensing, OneDrive provisioning.
• 10+ years in Microsoft 365/Exchange/AD engineering, including large migrations led as tech lead.
• Strong PowerShell and Google Workspace admin tooling or APIs.
• Experience leading cutover weekends and hypercare.
• Fluent, polished English communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and own runbooks, pilot and wave plans, go/no-go criteria, rollback plans, cutover weekends and hypercare.
• Guide and review client engineers; escalate migration issues.
• Write client updates, decision papers and runbooks; present options at project boards.
• Run Quest across AD/Entra ID, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams; ensure delta and final syncs.
• Design and operate coexistence routing across Mimecast, Google Workspace and Exchange Online.
