Job summary

Altria seeks an Associate Manager, Microsoft SharePoint Engineer to drive digital workplace improvements. You will lead adoption of Microsoft 365 capabilities across the organization, focusing on SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot.

The role involves partnering with business teams to automate processes, enforce governance, and deliver measurable value while ensuring compliance. You will guide end users, develop automated workflows with Power Automate, and shape governance

Qualifications

5+ years supporting and administering Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
Experience designing and implementing process automation and digital workplace solutions.
Knowledge of Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools within Microsoft.
Experience developing workflows using Power Automate and related capabilities.
Strong business analysis and communication skills translating needs into tech solutions.
Collaboration with security, compliance, and information management teams.

Responsibilities

Lead adoption and expansion of Microsoft 365 capabilities across the org.
Partner with business to improve collaboration and operational efficiency.
Design tech-enabled work environments to streamline processes.
Develop automated workflows using SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and 365 tech.
