Job summary

SC Johnson, Racine, WI, is seeking an Associate Manager, Microsoft 365 Engineer to support Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration services through hands-on administration, engineering support, and practical solution delivery. You will partner with service owners and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure, reliable productivity solutions.

This role focuses on Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and governance, with opportunities to lead proofs of concept, optimize licensing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a global enterprise-level service.
• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration activities.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on resource for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions balancing user experience, security, cost, supportability, and enterprise standards.
• Support escalation and resolution of complex incidents and platform challenges.
• Contribute to technical standards, service roadmaps, and platform direction in partnership with Microsoft 365 leadership.
• Support modernization, automation, and continuous improvement efforts across productivity and collaboration platforms.
• Provide technical guidance to internal team members, project resources, and managed service providers.
• Partner with cybersecurity, compliance, infrastructure, and architecture teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise requirements.
• Evaluate new Microsoft capabilities, lead proofs of concept, and recommend practical adoption opportunities for SC Johnson.
• Support business case development, licensing optimization, vendor engagement, and technical recommendations for investment decisions.
