Job summary

SEI Sphere is seeking a Microsoft 365 Data Protection & Copilot Architect to lead design, governance, security, and deployment of data protection solutions for enterprise clients. You will drive secure adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI technologies while ensuring governance and compliance.

Role requires deep Purview expertise, strong architecture skills, client-facing delivery, and collaboration across security, cloud, and MSP teams in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview and DLP, Information Protection, and Sensitivity Labels.
• Experience with governance, data lifecycle, auditing, and DSPM for AI.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture and Zero Trust principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, readiness assessments, and architecture sessions for secure AI and Copilot adoption.
• Assess M365 environments for permissions hygiene, oversharing, data exposure, and governance maturity.
• Architect and govern Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, and Azure AI Foundry across M365 and data sources.
• Design Purview capabilities (DLP, Information Protection, Labeling, eDiscovery, Compliance Manager).
• Establish data protection, governance frameworks, and ongoing compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with security, cloud, and operations teams to align deployments with Zero Trust.
