Job summary

SEI seeks a Microsoft 365 Data Protection & Copilot Architect to guide secure adoption of Microsoft AI technologies. You will lead governance, deployment, and data protection strategies across enterprise clients, aligning with Zero Trust and Compliance Manager standards.

Responsibilities include architecture sessions, remediation planning for data exposure, and developing client-ready documentation and runbooks. Strong consulting and executive-facing skills are essential for success at SEI.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview including DLP and Information Protection.
• Data governance and compliance knowledge across Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online) and Zero Trust principles.
• Client-facing consulting, presentation, and architecture documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and architecture sessions for secure Microsoft AI and Copilot adoption.
• Assess 365 environments for permissions hygiene, oversharing, data exposure, and governance maturity; develop remediation plans.
• Architect, deploy, and govern Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, and Azure AI Foundry across 365 and data sources.
• Design and implement Purview capabilities (DLP, Information Protection, Sensitivity Labels, Data Lifecycle Management).
• Establish governance frameworks for data protection, Copilot Control System, and AI governance.
• Collaborate with security, cloud, and infra teams to align AI deployments with Zero Trust.
• Develop reference architectures, runbooks, standards, and client-facing docs.
• Create adoption value frameworks using Copilot Analytics and usage reporting.
• Lead end-user enablement through training, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Support pre-sales with discovery, solution design, and tailored recommendations.
