Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer to design, implement, administer, and optimize the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, delivering a secure, scalable Teams experience across hybrid and cloud environments.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and automation teams to align governance, compliance, and business objectives, while supporting enterprise collaboration and lifecycle management.

Design, deploy, and manage Teams environments in Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Teams environments in Microsoft 365.
Administer Teams policies (messaging, meetings, voice, app setup, compliance).
Manage Teams lifecycle (provisioning, classification, expiration, and archiving).
Optimize performance, reliability, and user experience across Teams workloads.
Support eDiscovery, legal hold, and auditing requirements.
Align Teams configurations with enterprise regulatory and risk frameworks.
Integrate Teams with third‑party applications and internal systems.
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, and scripting.
Support bots, connectors, and custom Teams app deployments.
Monitor service health, usage metrics, and adoption trends.
Troubleshoot incidents and service disruptions across Teams workloads.
Partner with service desk and incident management teams for escalation handling.
Document solutions, processes, and operational runbooks.
Drive Teams adoption and best practices across the organization.
Identify opportunities for feature enhancements and platform optimization.
Stay current on Microsoft 365 roadmap and emerging Teams capabilities.
Provide guidance and training to technical teams and end users.
