Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize the Teams-based collaboration platform across hybrid and cloud environments.

The role partners with infrastructure, security, networking, and automation teams to deliver governance, compliance, and enterprise-wide adoption of collaboration solutions, while supporting eDiscovery, auditing, and platform optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 or collaboration platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in Teams policies and governance.
• Experience with Exchange Online, Azure AD Entra ID, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Teams environments in Microsoft 365.
• Administer Teams policies and lifecycle management.
• Integrate Teams with third-party apps and Power Platform.
• Monitor service health and troubleshoot incidents.
• Drive adoption and provide guidance to teams.
