Job summary

Cloudious LLC is seeking a Microsoft 365 Architect to own the end-to-end design for a customer’s M365 estate, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform. This client-facing, onsite role partners with IT leadership, security, and infrastructure teams to drive design decisions and governance.

The role requires 12+ years in IT infrastructure with 6+ years in Microsoft 365 architecture and migrations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT infrastructure with 6 years in Microsoft 365 architecture and migrations.
• Client-facing onsite role partnering with IT leadership, security and infrastructure teams.
• Define tenant configuration baselines governance guardrails and lifecycle policies for sites and groups.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design authority for Exchange Online and hybrid SharePoint Online OneDrive Teams and Power Platform.
• Produce and maintain highlevel/lowlevel design records and reference patterns with governance approvals.
• Define and enforce retention policies, sensitivity labels, and governance for collaboration services.
• Design hybrid Exchange topology mail flow, SPF DKIM DMARC records and mail services.
• Own SharePoint/OneDrive information architecture, migration strategies and tooling.
• Govern Purview, DLP policies, retention labels, and eDiscovery workflows with Legal/HR.
• Provide L3 escalation support, drive permanent fixes, and chair CAB reviews.
