Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a MS365 Administrator in Austin with partial remote flexibility. The role focuses on governance, automation, and support of the Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint Online, Purview, and Power Platform.

You will work on identities, security, and Intune/Azure services, providing senior-level administration and automation using PowerShell and Graph. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, implement least-privilege access, and maintain operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or six years of related experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong governance, security, and consent-based changes management experience.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Purview, Power Platform, and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical owner for M365 governance, compliance, automation, and Power Platform services.
• Administer Purview retention and labeling, DLP, audit, and eDiscovery.
• Design labeling strategies for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Groups.
• Develop SharePoint automation for document management, approvals, and provisioning.
• Administer Power Automate and Power Apps including environments and policies.
• Manage tenant settings, licenses, roles, and privileged access using least-privilege.
• Support Entra ID administration, MFA, Conditional Access, and external collaboration.
• Provide backup/support for Intune and Azure VM, storage, networking, and RBAC.
• Create automation, runbooks, and reports with PowerShell and Graph.
• Monitor updates and test backup/recovery for SharePoint.
