Job summary
The Goodman Group in Minnesota seeks a M365 Adoption & Enablement Specialist to drive effective use of Microsoft 365 tools across the organization. You will partner with IT, training teams, and business units to boost productivity and collaboration using Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and more.
You will design adoption programs, deliver training, measure usage, and translate technical capabilities into practical business value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, or related field.
- Experience enabling Microsoft 365 adoption and change management.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and user guidance.
- Strong communication and training material development skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Microsoft 365 adoption strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Assess usage patterns and identify opportunities to improve collaboration.
- Create trainings, guides, workshops, and webinars to support adoption.
- Track adoption with analytics and feedback; report findings to stakeholders.
- Partner with IT for rollout planning and governance awareness.
- Promote best practices for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security.
