Job summary

Veolia is seeking an experienced Process Engineering Project Technical Leader for the North American market, focusing on ultrapure water and wastewater solutions for microelectronics. The role blends technical leadership with customer-facing responsibilities to deliver complete treatment systems.

You will guide process design, supervise engineers, and manage risk while coordinating with commercial and regulatory teams across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level engineering degree required or higher in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of related process engineering experience in water and wastewater treatment.
• Experience with UPW, wastewater, and reclaim treatment for microelectronics is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complete water, wastewater or reclaim treatment solutions meeting client requirements.
• Own the overall Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and mass balance; coordinate cross‑functional team deliverables and schedules.
• Engage in piloting, benchmarking and treatability studies as part of design and commissioning.
• Act as SME and technical point of contact for customers and internal teams.
