Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader for the Microelectronics market to lead ultrapure water, wastewater, and reclaim treatment solutions. The role spans design, piloting, benchmarking, and customer liaison to ensure project success.

The role requires deep process design expertise, leadership, and strong communication in English, with responsibilities across technical and project management domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Engineering or related field and 10+ years of experience in process design and/or operation.
• Experience with UPW, wastewater, and reclaim treatment in microelectronics preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complete water, wastewater, or waste treatment solutions.
• Own the Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and mass balance.
• Serve as lead technical contact with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and manage technical risks and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
