Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader - Microelectronics in the North American market. You will lead ultrapure water, wastewater, and reclaim treatment projects, coordinating a team of Process Engineers and serving as SME, owner of the PFD, and primary technical contact for customers and internal teams.

We expect 10+ years in process engineering with UPW/wastewater experience in microelectronics, strong leadership, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical)
• 10+ years of related experience in process design/operation
• Experience with UPW, wastewater, and reclaim treatment for microelectronics
• Leadership experience and ability to coach/mentor teams
• Excellent communication with customers and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the process design of ultrapure, wastewater, or reclaim treatment solutions for the Microelectronics industry
• Own the overall Process Flow Diagram and mass balance, and manage process guarantees
• Engage in piloting, benchmarking and treatability studies for design and commissioning
• Serve as lead technical contact with customers and other functions on the project
• Identify and manage technical risks and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Provide training and coaching to Process Engineering team
