Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader for the Microelectronics market in North America. You will lead the design of ultrapure water, wastewater, and reclaim treatment solutions, coordinating engineers to deliver flowsheets, schedules, and performance guarantees.

Strong leadership, process design expertise, and customer-facing communication are essential. You will apply advanced treatment technologies and own critical project deliverables, while guiding junior engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical) or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience in process engineering with emphasis on water/wastewater treatment.
• Experience with UPW, wastewater, and reclaim treatment for microelectronics.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide a team through projects.
• Strong English communication for customer-facing work and internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design of ultrapure water, wastewater, and reclaim treatment for the microelectronics industry.
• Coordinate a team of Process Engineers to deliver flow sheets, schedules, and quality deliverables.
• Apply advanced treatment technologies (biological treatment, ammonia removal, membranes, ion exchange, UV) as required.
• Own the Process Flow Diagram (PFD), mass balance, and process guarantees.
• Lead technical contact with customers and internal teams; manage risk and troubleshooting.
• Provide training and mentoring to Process Engineering staff.
