Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader - Microelectronics to drive the design and execution of ultrapure water, wastewater, and reclaim treatment solutions for the North American market. You will own the overall process solution, guide a team of Process Engineers, and serve as the technical lead and SME for customer communications and project reviews.

You will balance technical risk with commercial viability, coordinate schedules, and mentor team members while engaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering with focus on environmental, chemical or mechanical disciplines.
• Professional Engineer’s license is preferred and advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are required.
• Experience in UPW, wastewater, and reclaim treatment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process design of ultrapure, wastewater, and reclaim treatment solutions for the Microelectronics industry.
• Coordinate a team of Process Engineers to deliver flowsheets, unit operations, and process parameters on time and within quality targets.
• Act as SME and primary technical contact with customers and internal teams.
• Manage risks, schedules, and deliverables across multiple engineers and stakeholders.
