Job summary
Veolia in the United States seeks a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader - Microelectronics to lead the design of ultrapure water, wastewater, and reclaim treatment solutions for the microelectronics industry. You will coordinate a team of Process Engineers, manage flow sheets, and engage in piloting, benchmarking, and risk management while liaising with customers and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher in an engineering discipline with process design experience.
- Experience in UPW, wastewater or reclaim treatment for microelectronics preferable.
- Strong leadership, communication and project coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the process design of ultrapure water, wastewater, or reclaim treatment solutions.
- Manage a flow sheet strategy, deliverables, and project schedules with Process Engineers.
- Serve as SME for treatment solutions and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
- Pilot, benchmark, and conduct treatability studies during design, commissioning, and optimization.
- Represent Veolia in customer meetings and industry forums; mentor team members.
