Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. in Allentown, PA, seeks a Central Sales Microbulk Account Representative to manage ~300 accounts and about $11.5M in annual revenue within the IG Americas Central Sales South team.

Responsibilities include renewing contracts, driving pricing initiatives, building strong customer relationships, negotiating terms, identifying new opportunities, and meeting targets while collaborating with IG Microbulk Field Sales and Inside/Outside teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Financial acumen required.
• Commercial industrial gas selling experience a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial gas contract language and negotiations.
• Understanding of Microbulk offerings and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Renew existing Microbulk merchant contracts within the South sub-region.
• Drive pricing and surcharge initiatives to support growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through engagement.
• Negotiate and improve contract terms and conditions.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory.
• Achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets.
• Collaborate with IG Microbulk Field Sales Representatives.
• Support Inside/Outside sales model.
• Develop strategies to retain customers and expand market share.
• Monitor market trends and provide responsive customer service.
