Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology or closely related field; 2–3 years experience in specialized programs or operations.
• Experience with SOPs, GLP/GMP guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Ability to operate and train others on analytical instruments and manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide or oversee complex to specialized microbiology analysis using analytical instrumentation.
• Interpret and document testing results; present findings to management or clients.
• Develop, validate and transfer analytical methods; support formulation development and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines; contribute to cross-functional projects.
