Job summary

Pace Analytical Life Sciences, LLC is seeking a microbiology-focused professional to provide and oversee comprehensive analysis and programs. You will interpret data to guide formulation and process decisions, train colleagues, and ensure SOP, GLP, and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities include developing analytical methods, transferring techniques to teams, and contributing to cross-functional projects in a lab and office setting within the Pace network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology or closely related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in microbiology or related programs/operations.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex microbiology analyses using HPLC, GC, LC–MS, FTIR and other instruments.
• Review, interpret and document testing results; present to management and clients.
• Train staff on analytical tests, methods and instrumentation.
• Develop and transfer analytical methods; ensure adherence to SOPs, GLP and GMP.
• Assist with project objectives including budgets and timelines.
