Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology or closely related field and 2–3 years of experience with specialized programs or operations.
• Knowledge of microbiology formulation development and related procedures.
• Familiarity with SOPs, GLP, GMP, and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide or oversee analysis and interpretation of complex microbiology data.
• Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for formulation development.
• Train staff on analytical tests, methods, and instrumentation.
• Ensure activities comply with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with clients and management to present results and recommendations.
• Participate in project planning, budgets, timelines, and resources.
