Job summary

Pace® Life Sciences in Oakdale, MN is seeking a Microbiology Scientist 1 for a full-time, on-site role. The position supports analysis, formulation development and microbiology program oversight using instruments like HPLC, GC, LC-MS, FTIR, and more.

The schedule is Sunday through Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 90-day training; annual salary is $60,000-$70,000. A Bachelor’s in microbiology and 2–3 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in microbiology or closely related field with 2–3 years of experience.
• Experience with specialized or technical programs or operations.
• Ability to interpret analytical data and provide guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex to specialized microbiology analysis and testing.
• Interpret results and present to management and clients.
• Train others on analytical tests, methods, and instrumentation.
• Develop and transfer analytical methods and scalable processes.
