Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biochemistry or related field with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with analytical methods and instrumentation used in chemistry/biochemistry.
- Ability to develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex analyses using HPLC, GC, LC-MS, FTIR and other instruments.
- Review and interpret testing results and present recommendations to management.
- Train staff on analytical tests, methods, and instrumentation.
- Develop scalable formulations for small molecules and biologics for early-stage trials.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GLP and GMP standards.
