Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CLT, Microbiology, Molecular Biology or related field required.
- ASCP MLS certification preferred.
- Minimum five years in microbiology and/or molecular lab settings.
- Experience with microbiology automation platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Microbiology and Molecular Diagnostics sections.
- Provide staff supervision, workflow optimization, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead automation and digital microbiology implementation and improvements.
- Partner with lab leadership, medical directors, infection prevention, and clinical teams.
