Qualifications

• Experience with microbiology automation platforms (WASPLab or equivalent) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, technical, and administrative oversight of Microbiology and Molecular Diagnostics sections.
• Lead daily operations, staff supervision, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement automation and digital microbiology solutions.
• Collaborate with lab leadership, medical directors, infection prevention, and clinical teams.
