The ideal candidate will hold a California CLS license, have strong microbiology experience, and demonstrate leadership capabilities to guide both people and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license required.
• Strong clinical microbiology laboratory experience.
• Hospital/clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) experience.
• CAP and CLIA regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Laboratory procedures and instrumentation experience.
• Specimen handling and processing proficiency.
• Laboratory supervision/leadership experience.
• ASCP certification/registry preferred.
