Qualifications

• Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license required.
• Strong clinical microbiology laboratory experience.
• Hospital/clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) experience.
• CAP and CLIA regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Laboratory procedures and instrumentation experience.
• Specimen handling and processing proficiency.
• Laboratory supervision/leadership experience.
• ASCP certification/registry preferred.

I’m reaching out regarding a Microbiology Section Lab Supervisor / Clinical Laboratory Scientist opportunity in the Modesto/Turlock, CA area with a full-time onsite schedule.

The position is ideal for a Clinical Laboratory Scientist with strong clinical microbiology experience, laboratory operations knowledge, quality control/quality assurance experience, and leadership capabilities.
