Formación

• Four years of recent clinical microbiology laboratory testing and technical analysis experience.
• Must possess and maintain a current, valid Clinical Laboratory Scientist Generalist license issued by the CA Department of Health Services.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises laboratory workflow and evaluates test results.
• Maintains staffing schedule to ensure adequate coverage.
• Reviews and updates quality control measures based on data analysis.
• Performs and is responsible for the completion of technical analyses in the Microbiology lab.
• Participates in quality management and accreditation surveys.
