Qualifications

• Proficiency with JMP for data analysis and DOEs.
• Experience with NPIs and manufacturing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex probe cards and sub-assemblies.
• Support manufacturing engineering by prioritizing and acting on improvement opportunities.
• Coach and train technicians to develop teamwork and leadership.
• Train operators on Core trainer programs across shifts.
• Participate in tests and experiments to improve production processes or develop new products.
• Support modifications of automated assembly systems and metrology parameters.
