Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, testing, inspection, and basic troubleshooting of probe card components.
• Set up, operate, and calibrate manufacturing equipment.
• Collect, document, and interpret operating data for real-time adjustments.
• Support continuous improvement and reduce defects.
• Train and coach fellow operators or technicians.
