Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of related experience.
• No formal occupational training is typically required.

Responsibilities

• Perform production activities in probe card manufacturing, including photolithography and etching, plus assembly and testing.
• Operate equipment according to standard work instructions to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Conduct equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance to support consistent performance.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with engineering to run tests and pilot improvements.
• Share knowledge and train peers to maintain process standardization.
