Job summary

Opendoor is hiring a Workplace Specialist to own the day-to-day experience at our Miami office. This hands-on, in-office role will be the face of the workplace, drive events, and support employees with facilities, front desk, vendors, and everyday operations.

Based in Miami, you’ll help build the growing office into an efficient, welcoming space. You’ll move fast, anticipate needs, and own outcomes with a high level of care for people and space.

Qualifications

• Hospitality mindset and guest-facing service are required.
• Strong organizational skills to manage space, events and vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with employees and vendors.
• Proactive ownership and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough daily facilities checks to keep the office clean, functional, and welcoming.
• Serve as front desk point of contact, greet employees and guests, and manage visitor logistics.
• Own onboarding and internal moves, coordinate desks, access, and space before start dates.
• Track workplace requests in Linear and follow through with timely updates.
• Organize and execute event setups for All-Hands, offsites, and monthly team activities.
