Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of Golden State Foods, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Miami facility. You will lead a high-volume distribution team, drive daily operations, and ensure safety, efficiency, and on-time deliveries in a 24/7 environment.

The role requires 3–6 years in warehouse ops with supervision, an AA degree preferred, and strong knowledge of safety, inventory, and reporting. Join a values-driven team committed to quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations with supervision.
• AA degree preferred; forklift instructor certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory practices.
• Proficiency in warehouse computer systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor daily warehouse operations to meet objectives.
• Monitor loading, dispatch, and receiving to ensure compliance.
• Communicate with associates to enforce productivity, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Maintain time records, logs, and reports.
• Monitor damage and audit routes for reliable delivery.
• Plan and schedule manpower.
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance.
