Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Miami to lead a fast-moving, high-volume distribution center serving two iconic quick service restaurant brands. You will guide day-to-day operations and focus on people leadership, not just processes, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional service.

The role requires 3–6 years in warehouse operations with team supervision, a strong safety and inventory background, and the ability to run a 24/7 operation with a diverse team.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including team supervision.
• AA degree preferred (vocational/technical accepted).
• Forklift instructor certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practices.
• Proficiency in computer systems and reporting (barcoding, warehouse systems, timekeeping).
• Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7 operation with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and monitors day-to-day warehouse operations to meet objectives for shipping, rotation, sanitation, safety, and timeliness.
• Monitors loading, dispatch, and receiving times; ensures compliance with QIP, HACCP, and DOT regulations.
• Communicates with associates to ensure compliance with productivity, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Maintains time records, daily logs, and damage reports; completes related paperwork.
• Monitors product damage; audits routes to ensure reliable delivery.
• Plans and schedules manpower; coordinates vehicle and equipment maintenance.
