Quality Custom Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Miami location to move, manage, and deliver products in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment. You’ll load trailers, pick orders, and support safety and accuracy across receiving, staging, and shipping.

Formación

• Willingness to work in freezer and cooler environments.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safety commitment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.
• Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation.
• Strong reading and math skills for labeling and counting.
• Voice-directed picking system (VoCollect headset) experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Inspect shipments and verify order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Use warehouse tech to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all policies and safety protocols.
• Selector duties: pick, lift, place products to build pallets.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely in high-traffic areas.
• Visually inspect incoming/outgoing product and complete paperwork.
• Support team with cleaning and additional duties as needed.
