Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) in Orlando seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, high-volume distribution center serving two iconic quick-service brands. This on-site, full-time role requires guiding a large team with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

You’ll drive day-to-day operations, coordinate staffing, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining product integrity and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• AA degree preferred; forklift instructor certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practices.
• Proficiency with barcoding, warehouse systems, and timekeeping software.
• Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7 operation with safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plans, guides, and monitors day-to-day operations for the warehouse to meet shipping, rotation, sanitation, safety, and timeliness objectives.
• Monitors loading, dispatch, and receiving times and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Communicates with associates to ensure productivity, safety, and sanitation policies are followed.
• Completes reports and paperwork including time records, daily logs, and damage reports.
• Monitors product damage and audits routes to ensure reliable delivery.
• Plans and schedules manpower and coordinates vehicle/equipment maintenance.
• Performs other related duties as necessary.
