You will qualify leads, explain features, and guide prospects from initial contact to close, while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with marketing and account teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated inside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong lead generation, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers.
• Commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Account management capabilities to support smooth handoffs and ongoing client relationships after the sale.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confident phone and video presentation abilities.
• Comfort working with CRM systems and basic sales tools; familiarity with digital marketing or SaaS is an asset.
• Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL, in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience in a sales-focused role.
