Qualifications

• 1–3 years of full-cycle sales experience.
• Experience selling to SMB customers.
• Track record managing high-volume opportunities.
• Comfortable in fast-paced sales environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Hybrid work environment in Miami.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation through close.
• Manage a high volume of inbound opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Guide buyers through evaluation, onboarding, and implementation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with leadership on sales process improvements.
• Refine messaging, scripts, and playbooks as the organization grows.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
