You will introduce a distinctive Oaxaca mezcal, win accounts, and establish the foundation for expansion beyond Florida. This 1099 contractor role offers a fixed monthly retainer, an expense allowance, commissions on wholesale sales, and bonuses tied to new accounts and repeat orders.

Qualifications

• Experience selling spirits, wine or beer in Miami.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong network in Miami’s hospitality scene and ability to open doors.

Responsibilities

• Open on-premise and off-premise accounts in the Miami area.
• Leverage relationships to secure meetings with decision-makers and introduce IBÁ.
• Develop a strong pipeline of accounts and move opportunities to paid orders.
• Build relationships with owners and buyers to drive repeat orders and broader distribution.
• Coordinate product support required after placements with the team.
• Track activity, opportunities, orders, and follow-ups in a structured system.
• Share buyer feedback and market insights to strengthen the sales approach.
