Job summary

Mexcor International seeks Luxury Market Development Managers for four markets, including Miami. The role involves expanding the Don Ramón Tequila premium portfolio in luxury restaurants, upscale bars, hotels, and other high-end on-premise accounts.

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will open new accounts, build relationships with decision-makers, and deliver brand experiences through education, events, and partnerships. Hybrid role with ~25% travel.

Qualifications

• Established network within luxury restaurants, hotels, bars, and upscale hospitality venues.
• Demonstrated success opening new accounts and increasing premium brand distribution.
• Experience representing premium or luxury beverage brands.
• 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and open new high-end on-premise accounts within assigned markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general managers, beverage directors, and hospitality professionals.
• Drive premium menu placements, featured cocktails, back-bar visibility, and brand activation opportunities.
• Plan and execute luxury events, tastings, consumer activations, and curated brand experiences.
• Conduct education sessions and staff training to increase product knowledge and advocacy.
• Collaborate with distributor sales teams to identify opportunities and accelerate account growth.
• Manage portfolio of target accounts through visits and relationship building.
